The mission of the SDC Plaza St-Hubert is to promote the commercial development of St-Hubert Street and raise its profile.

First and foremost, the SDC seeks to reinforce the key role of the street in terms of cultural, social and commercial development. In the process, it wishes to foster a feeling of belonging and pride in customers, merchants and residents alike.

The organization represents 400 retail and service firms, defending their common views and concerns. The power of the group, combined with its ability to promote business, carry out improvements and offer a wide range of services make the Corporation an important economic force.
